Terms and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Hotel Grand FFOUR website (ffour.in) and your booking with us. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Reservations and Check-In
Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp (+91 9810819422), phone, or email. All reservations are subject to availability. A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) is mandatory at check-in as per Indian law. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (noon)
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Room Rates and Payment
All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates displayed on our website are the best available direct rates. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or cash. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. The hotel reserves the right to modify rates at any time without prior notice. Published rates are honoured for confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will be charged the full amount for the first night. The remaining nights, if any, will be refunded.
No-Show: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking amount. No refund will be issued.
Early Departure: No refund will be provided for early check-out or unused nights.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds for cash payments will be made via bank transfer.
4. Modification of Booking
Booking modifications (change of dates, room type, or number of guests) are subject to availability. Requests for modification should be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date. Any rate difference arising from modification will be charged or refunded accordingly.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow guests and hotel staff. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to vacate the premises in case of unruly behaviour, damage to property, or violation of hotel policies. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
6. Smoking and Alcohol
Hotel Grand FFOUR is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning surcharge will be applied if evidence of smoking is found in the room. Consumption of alcohol is permitted in guest rooms only. Outside food and beverages may be brought in, but the hotel is not responsible for any health issues arising from outside food.
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
8. Valuables and Liability
The hotel provides in-room safes for the storage of valuables. The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables left unattended in rooms or common areas. Guests are advised to use the safe provided or deposit valuables at the front desk.
9. Meals and Dining
Complimentary breakfast is included with all room bookings. A MAP (Modified American Plan) meal plan including breakfast and dinner is available at an additional charge of INR 750 per person per day. Meal timings are displayed at the restaurant and front desk.
10. Internet and Amenities
Complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The hotel provides amenities including air conditioning, flat-screen TV, room service, 24/7 front desk, and parking (subject to availability). The hotel reserves the right to temporarily suspend amenities for maintenance without prior notice.
11. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, strikes, or civil unrest. In such cases, the hotel will work with guests to reschedule bookings or provide appropriate refunds.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the ffour.in website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Hotel Grand FFOUR and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
Hotel Grand FFOUR’s liability for any claim arising from your stay or use of our website shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking. The hotel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
