Refund Policy 

At Hotel Grand Ffour, we value our guests and strive to make their booking experience as smooth as possible. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for reservations made directly through our website, www.ffour.in.

1. Cancellation Terms

• Flexible Bookings:

• Reservations canceled 72 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

• Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

• Non-Refundable Bookings:

• Any bookings offered at discounted rates and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

2. No-Show Policy

• In case of a no-show (failure to check in on the reservation date without prior notice), the booking amount will be non-refundable, and the reservation will be canceled.

3. Early Departure

• Refunds for early check-outs are subject to management discretion and will depend on the terms and conditions of the original booking.

4. Refund Process
