When a family member is being treated, the last thing you should worry about is the hotel. Hotel Grand FFOUR is in East of Kailash — 15 minutes by cab from AIIMS, walking distance to Shroff Eye and RG Stone, and built around the rhythm long-stay caretakers actually need. Quiet rooms. Hot meals at any hour. A front desk that remembers what time your appointments are. Pay at the hotel, no advance.
Six things we’ve quietly built into the way we operate, after fifteen years of hosting families during medical treatment.
We arrange a verified driver at a fixed price — no surge, no haggling at 6 AM. Standing arrangement available for daily appointments. Drivers know the AIIMS gate routes (gate 1 vs OPD vs casualty) and which lane is moving.
Shroff Eye Hospital is a 1-minute walk. RG Stone (urology) is 2 minutes. A 24-hour pharmacy is opposite the hotel. Diagnostic labs, dental specialists, and physiotherapists are all within the same block.
Rooms on the inner wing face the courtyard, not the road. Blackout curtains. Soundproofed doors. Housekeeping respects “Do Not Disturb” — no morning knock at 7 AM if the patient was admitted overnight.
Soft food, salt-free meals, post-surgery diet, sugar-free, jain, satvik — tell us once, we’ll honour it for the entire stay. Kitchen is open round the clock for late-evening discharges and 5 AM breakfasts before early appointments.
Stays of 5 nights or more get a discounted rate — message us with your dates. Single GST invoice at checkout, weekly invoicing for extended stays, laundry service included, in-room kettle and tea/coffee tray as standard.
Reception is staffed every night of the year. If you need a cab to AIIMS casualty at 3 AM, the call is picked up on the first ring. Emergency contacts for nearby hospitals are kept at the desk — no fumbling for numbers when minutes matter.
Walking distance to local specialists. Short cab rides to multi-specialty hospitals. Below is a verified list with realistic timings — not Google’s optimistic minimum.
Reviews from medical visitors will be added here as we collect them. In the meantime, here’s what fifteen years of hosting them has taught us about what they actually need.
Blackout curtains, quiet inner-courtyard rooms, soundproof doors. Late nights and early mornings handled without disturbance.
Soft food, salt-free, sugar-free, jain or post-surgery diet — kitchen open 24/7. Tray sent to room or eaten in restaurant.
Adjacent rooms for relatives visiting from out of town. Extra beds, child-friendly menu, group GST invoice for caretaker reimbursement.
Same-day laundry, in-room kettle, prayer-friendly check-in times, mobile charging, and a front desk that helps with anything from cab to courier.
Long-stay caretakers on a budget? Standard. Want a step up after a hard hospital week? Deluxe. Travelling with family attendants? Family Suite. All three get quiet inner-wing allocation on request, vegetarian / Jain meal flag on the entire stay, and our long-stay rate for 5+ nights.
180 sq ft. Comfortable double bed (or twin). Quiet inner-wing allocation. The practical pick for caretakers staying a week or longer through AIIMS / Apollo treatment cycles. Best value at Grand FFOUR — and ₹1,000 less than the Deluxe.
220 sq ft. Premium queen bed with high-thread linen, larger work desk, more storage, full blackout curtains. The right step up if you want extra room to spread out hospital paperwork and rest properly during a stressful treatment week.
240 sq ft. Two queen beds, separate sitting area with sofa. The right call when 3-4 family members travel together for treatment — patient + spouse + parents or siblings sharing one room comfortably, without anyone on a folding cot. About ₹1,000 less than two regular rooms.
A short, honest list so you can pack right and budget right.
Hotel Grand FFOUR is approximately 6 km from AIIMS Delhi — a 15-minute cab ride in normal traffic, 20–25 minutes during peak. By Delhi Metro, it’s 12 minutes (Kailash Colony to AIIMS station, both on the Yellow/Violet interchange). Many of our long-stay guests prefer the cab for daily appointments because we arrange a verified driver at a fixed price — no haggling at 6 AM.
Yes. Stays of 5 nights or more get a discounted long-stay rate — message us on WhatsApp with your check-in date and approximate duration, and we’ll send a custom quote. We can do weekly billing instead of one large invoice at the end, and we can adjust the room rate further for stays beyond 14 nights.
Yes, all of these. Our kitchen handles post-surgery soft food, low-salt and low-sugar requirements, jain meals (no onion/garlic), satvik, and standard vegetarian/non-vegetarian. Tell us once at check-in and we’ll honour it for the entire stay. The kitchen is open 24/7, so a 5 AM breakfast before an early appointment or a 11 PM hot meal after late discharge is possible.
Yes. We allocate inner-wing rooms (facing the courtyard, not the road) to medical visitors on request. These rooms are quieter, have blackout curtains as standard, and are closer to the lift and restaurant. Mention “medical stay” when you book and we’ll put you there if available.
Yes — visitors are allowed at any hour. Our front desk simply asks visitors to sign the visitor register (standard hotel practice). For overnight stays of additional family members, an extra bed in the same room is ₹1,000/night, or we can offer an adjacent room at a discounted rate.
Yes. We provide a GST-compliant invoice in your name or your company’s name on every booking. For TPA/insurance reimbursement, we can email the invoice as a PDF, provide an itemised breakdown (room, meals, laundry separately), and re-issue with corrections if your reimbursement form needs specific wording.
Yes — verified driver from IGI Airport at a fixed price (no surge). The driver is briefed if the patient needs assistance with luggage, has mobility limitations, or requires a specific vehicle (sedan vs SUV vs accessible vehicle). Standing arrangement also available for daily AIIMS trips during a long stay.
Yes — a 24-hour pharmacy is opposite the hotel. Diagnostic labs, dental specialists, physiotherapists, and a full range of medical specialists operate from the same block (East of Kailash is one of South Delhi’s medical clusters). Front desk can also send a runner for urgent prescriptions if you can’t leave the patient.
Tell us your dates, the patient’s needs, and which hospital you’re visiting — we’ll send a custom quote within minutes on WhatsApp. No advance payment, free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
